     Building on a mountain home site can be challenging. Perkins Enterprises has the knowledge and experience to design a home and site that will take advantage of all of the beautiful scenery outside your windows. Our owners and crew work with you from the start of a project to take your raw mountain property and turn it into a beautiful home.

     We use computer aided design and draft home plans from scratch or can modify an existing plan. We can provide all working drawings and elevation drawings needed to build most conventionally framed residential projects. This service is available to our clients for the fraction of the cost of hiring an architect to design. Generally speaking it is advisable to allow 4 to 6 months of lead time for preparing site work, utilities, planning, and permitting.
